2011-2012 SEASON

Registration is still being accepted for the 2010-11 Season.

Classes begin the week of August 22, 2011.

Anyone not participating in the recital must notify the studio in writing before January.

PREDANCE

This class is for our 2 and 3 year old students. To register for this class the student must be at least 2 years old and not turn 4 prior to Sept. 1, 2011. This class is designed to be fun and an introduction to moving to music and following directions. These students are not in the recital; however, they will have a performance at the studio.

REMINDERS

The Studio opens at 3:30 p.m.

PAYMENT:
Tuition is due by the 10th of each month. A 3% late fee will be applied to any late payments.

DRESS CODE:
GIRLS: solid, plain, black leotard (no skirts), pink tights, pink (Bloch) leather ballet shoes, tan tap shoes. Hair must
be securely fastened.

BOYS: solid white t‐shirt, solid black tights or jazz pants, white socks, black ballet shoes, black tap shoes.

Cancelling Enrollment: If you choose to no longer take classes, please notify the studio in writing before the first of the month. Otherwise, you will be billed for classes and late fees until we verify that you are no longer a student and your account is closed.

Perfect Attendance: To achieve perfect attendance, you have to attend all classes that you are enrolled for the entire scheduled class time. i.e. you cannot come late or leave early and still be credited with perfect attendance.

STUDIO HOLIDAYS

The Studio will be closed on the follosing dates. These dates have been subtracted from your tuition.
